Architecture at Collective Design Group

Creating Spaces That Inspire Lifelong Memories

Our architecture team is uniquely poised to provide full-service design and build services, streamlining the process, components, and decisions that come with designing a home. Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, where the conditions are both uniquely challenging and inspiringly beautiful, our experience here has shaped us into experts at designing homes that both defy and embrace the natural surrounding elements.

Our team excels in creatively pushing the envelope in terms of design progression and innovation, while supporting a client’s budget and aesthetic comfort zone. Our holistic approach results in homes that are progressive, contemporary, and completely reflective of each client’s individual vision.

David Rynes - EVP, Business Development

David was born into an entrepreneurial spirit, starting work at a young age in his family’s business – an amusement park – just outside of Chicago.  He further cultivated his work ethic, leadership skills, and engineering background in Annapolis, MD, at the United States Naval Academy.  During that time, he also met his beautiful wife, Adrienne, on a blind date.  After a relocation to Adrienne’s home town, David started his own residential construction business, where he further applied his skill set toward creating stunning homes.  After over a decade of running his own business, David and his family decided it was time to fulfill their long time goal of living in the mountains of Colorado, and joined the team in the Summer of 2018.
